Officer Contracts Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for reviewing contracts managing contract data ensuring compliance with approval procedures and maintaining an organized archive of contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly review all incoming contracts to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Enter and maintain necessary data for each contract into the appropriate systems or databases including contract terms dates parties involved and any relevant clauses or provisions.
  • Coordinate and track the approval process for contracts ensuring that all necessary stakeholders review and approve contracts in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain a systematic process for archiving contracts including proper documentation filing and storage to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelors degree in business administration Accounting Finance Law
  • 1 year of experience in various rules.

  • Ability to perform strategic analysis to identify future procurement needs that accomplish SAFE goals plan purchase orders and manage procurement budget.
Relevant Laws and Regulations:
  • Maintains current knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to own fields such as regulatory framework standards and procedures.
