Citi is looking for Saudi national graduates to join our year long programme. The programme provides exposure and practical work experience to newly qualified university graduates across various Citi businesses. Performance on the job is key and could lead to exciting permanent roles.

The Graduate Programme trains and grows key players in today's changing economic environment, and will equip you with the knowledge and on the job learning you need to make an impact in the Middle East economy.


Your time here will look something like this.
As a graduate you will rotate in different departments.

The rotations will be in different departments like Corporate and Investment banking, Treasury & Trade Solutions, Markets, Compliance, or other relevant departments.

The role will require 6 months of rotations in
Dubai office.

We want to hear from you if

  • You have obtained your undergraduate (Bachelor's) or Master's degree in any discipline with a GPA score of at least 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
  • You have a maximum of 1 year of work experience
  • You have strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply
