Our Fulfillment team is primarily responsible for supply acquisition amp; supply management and delivering a superlative customer experience through a smooth order execution lifecycle. You are also responsible for growing our territory and ensuring financial success metrics are in check.What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for fulfillment using an already established or developing supply network across major cities for various customer requirements of lane, trip types (import, export, domestic), and truck types
  • Lead procurement and pricing across different lanes/corridors based on weight, commodity, truck type, etc for driving profitable placement of trucks against regular business orders
  • Develop a consistent and high-quality supply partner network in the specific geography for various customer requirements of lane and truck type
  • Understanding of operational complexities of truck and road freight movement across different segments to ensure the highest quality fulfillment
  • Build an energized and productive procurement and fulfillment team in the region
  • Responsible for all operational activities including fulfillment, shipper operations, PoD Collection, App Adoption execution, and collections from shippers based within the region
Requisites / Prerequisites:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Management, Logistics and/or Engineering
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the logistics and/or trucking industry
  • Specifications: A strong supply network in the country of trucking companies/transporters, brokers, and goods carriers/transport associations.
