Lead and manage team to analyse, design, development, implement, evaluate and administer leadership/management development processes, programs and solutions to address current and also future needs

Accountable to deliver senior and mid-level management training and coordinate all activities around leadership development for these levels

Initiate and lead needs assessments to ascertain management training and development requirements (in line with Ma'aden strategy)

Proactively identify other needs of the organization around management development as they surface and design and implement actions as required

Develop recommendations for leadership programs and resources that drive culture, organizational values, and optimal performance strategies and implement recommendations

Design and maintain knowledge management platform

Promote and actively drive integration with other key HR areas, partnering with CoE Talent Identification and Succession planning, OD &D, to align efforts meeting Ma'aden's strategic competency requirements
