InnovationTeam is a leading technology solutions provider that specializes in delivering complex projects to businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager and Mega projects senior manager to join our team.

As a Program Manager and Mega projects senior manager at InnovationTeam, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of multiple projects and programs. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, ensure alignment with program goals, and drive the execution of projects.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of project management methodologies. The ideal candidate has previous experience managing large-scale projects and programs, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the overall program and project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report regularly to stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management and project management, with a focus on mega projects.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and programs on time and within budget.
