The Role -

1, Program Development:

  • Design and implement dynamic group exercise classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and preferences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative fitness concepts into program offerings.

2, Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, develop, and motivate a team of fulltime and freelance coaches to ensure highquality fitness programs.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to coaches for continuous improvement.

3, Les Mills Expertise:

  • Hold Les Mills certification and be at least presenter level in one program.
  • Act as a key liaison with Les Mills and stay updated on their latest programs and training methodologies.

4, Regional Expertise:

  • Demonstrate experience working in the Middle East, with a particular emphasis on understanding the fitness landscape in Saudi Arabia.

5, Networking:

  • Leverage existing relationships and establish new connections to build a strong network of freelance and fulltime coaches in Saudi Arabia.
  • Actively participate in industry events, workshops, and conferences to expand professional connections.

6, Language Skills:

  • Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage. The ability to communicate effectively in Arabic will be crucial for building relationships with coaches and participants.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fitness industry in the Middle East.
  • Les Mills certification and at least presenter level in one program.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate a team of coaches.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in program development and implementation.
  • Existing network of freelance and fulltime coaches in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
  • This role will require travel around KSA and the wider GCC so applicants must be happy with this.
