Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Operations Reporting Manager and Senior Facilities Coordinator **to join our team in NEOM.


Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan.

It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • A midlevel staff position responsible for planning, organizing and carrying out daytoday personnel administration assignments within the Administration Department.
  • Participates in the development, evaluation, interpretation and enforcement of company personnel policies and procedures.
  • May be responsible for assigning and supervising the work of operations, facilities, secretarial or clerical personnel.
  • Works Directly for the Senior Manager for Operations and Strategic Development under the Program Support Office
  • Responsible for the direct coordination with the Directorate's Division Directors and Heads of to capture and summarize the progress updates of all major project efforts across the Community Services and Welfare Directorate.
  • Consolidate and summarize all updates into the weekly EXSUM for the submission to the weekly Logistics Update Report.
  • Receives general supervision and direction in the achievement of specific goals and objectives and in the performance of work assignments.
  • Consistently exercises discretion and independent judgment, receiving direction and review on the overall approach and effectiveness of techniques utilized in the achievement of tasks.
  • Coordinate with the Head of On-Site Services to assist with the development and management of the site services and facilities programs.
  • Responsibilities include all building service activities.
  • This includes negotiating with vendors to provide services such as janitorial, onsite maintenance, recycling and general facilities services.
  • Provides direction to vendors and monitors the quality of vendor's work.
  • Proactively works to understand and meet the needs of the employees and managers related to vendor's services as appropriate.
  • Initiates corrective action with vendors when necessary.
  • Responds promptly to employee's concerns.
  • Assists in developing budgets and monitors budget performance, approves invoices for payment to correct accounts.
  • Manages construction and maintenance projects including coordination with architects, engineers, other consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, space planners, furniture and equipment vendors, movers, furniture installers, property managers, and local code enforcement officers.
  • Coordinates with Managers and Employees to schedule construction and maintenance projects and communicate plans which results in a smooth transition and mínimal disruption of business.
  • Supervises the daytoday activities of staff assigned under your charge.
  • Provides leadership, direction, vision, and opportunities for skill development to subordinate employees.
  • Sets schedules, assigns work, monitors employee's attendance and performance.
  • Writes and delivers performance evaluations.
  • Manages the implementation of and ongoing management of various recycling programs.
  • Responsible for raising employee awareness of recycling and reducing waste by facilitating employee recycling efforts.
  • Works with cleaning vendor to ensure consistent compliance of program.
  • Participates and contributes to the development of the international facilities department by assisting in seeking new opportunities for expanding the services offered.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Supply Chain Management
  • An MBA would be preferred
  • 10+ years experience in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities or HR management services supervisory roles.
  • General experience in Project Management
  • General experience in communicating with government entities for Land Usage Permissions (LUPs)
  • Should possess superior English written and spoken communication skills and be adept at interfacing with all employee levels in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Actionoriented and able to respond to
