We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation of an annual business plan from a strategic and innovative perspective, aligning it with the overall organizational goals

Develop and propose innovative solutions and ideas to improve business performance and drive growth

Identify opportunities for the creation of new products or enhancement of current processes to gain a competitive advantage

Assess and analyze the impact of digital trends and technologies on the business landscape

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with the annual business plan

Develop and create presentations proposing innovative solutions and ideas to be presented to investors, partners, and clients

Evaluate and recommend digital initiatives, business models, and platforms to drive growth and innovation

Lead the transformation process by implementing technology solutions that support business objectives.

Evaluate and recommend digital initiatives, business models, and platforms to drive growth and innovation.

Foster a culture of change and digital adoption within the organization.

Provide guidance and expertise in leveraging technology for marketing, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform digital strategy recommendations.

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Key Skills:

Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies to drive business growth and transformation.

Strong knowledge of digital trends, emerging technologies, and their impact on various industries.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative digital solutions.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate digital concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics and insights to inform decision-making.

Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to apply them in digital strategy development.

Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.

Continuous learning mindset, staying abreast of the latest digital trends and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (5 years) in digital strategy development and implementation, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.

Track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects.

Strong business acumen and understanding of various industries and business models.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital project management frameworks.

Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for data analysis, market research, and project management.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Certifications in digital marketing, project management, or relevant areas are desirable.
