CCDS is a leading information technology and services company that specializes in delivering end-to-end info-tech and next-gen cybersecurity services and solutions to enterprises.

They are currently looking for a Solution Architect and Digital Innovation Consultant to join their team.

As a Solution Architect and Digital Innovation Consultant, you will work with clients to develop and implement solutions that secure their business from numerous security threats while also meeting compliance requirements.

You will also be responsible for helping clients identify opportunities for digital innovation within their organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess broad and deep technology knowledge to architect and deploy complex solutions, especially around data and analytics, by mapping common customer business problems to endtoend technology solutions
  • Reviews customer operations and performs needs assessment to identify business process improvement opportunities
  • Drives Digital Transformation Agenda and Strategy with Clients and maps them to their business needs
  • Develops a clear solution map with partners to address their needs
  • Drives a growth strategy from a solution perspective to win top clients large projects (10x) including a strategy to win against competition solutions
  • Prepares and present assessment findings to prospects and clients to validate sales opportunity and advance sales based on ROI
  • Responds to functional and technical components of RFI's and RFP's to validate decision criteria
  • Delivers functional solution demonstrations to persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Collaborates with account teams to support lead generation activities and to generate product collateral which supports the sales effort
  • Builds and maintains a network and stay up to date on specific industry, regulatory and/or product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Social Science or Business, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in technical Product Management, Sales, and/or Engineering, of which part is from industry lineofbusiness experience
  • Extensive experience within related advisory services, management/technology consulting
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in progressively more complex and responsible operational roles within a dynamic digital function
  • Minimum 5 years of Saudi experience preferred
  • Proven history of successfully working effectively with crossfunctional teams at varying resource levels, both internally and with customer organizations
  • Ability to validate customer problems through inquiry and provide insights, and value
  • Ability to present technologies as business solutions with competitive and handson knowledge. Should possess strong understanding of key developments in the Digital Space, especially around Data, Analytics, AI, UX and CI-CD/DevOps
  • Must possess knowledge of key industry and business processes, and ability to effectively interface at multiple levels (C level, functional, technical).
  • Executive level social, verbal, written and presentation skills, good listener, ability to provide a trusted voice at the decisionmaking table and be an advocate of Injazat vision and value proposition
  • Ability to understand the needs of nontechnical customers, to conceptualize, launch and deliver technology enabled business change projects
  • Leadership qualities and ability to coordinate physical and virtual resources and initiatives
  • Experience in identifying and successfully executing on digital disruptions including quantified business outcomes
  • Specialty skills including Enterprise Architecture, IT Portfolio Lifecycle Optimization, Organizational Design and Change Management, IT Governance, etc.
