We are currently looking for an HR Operations Intern to join our team.

This is a 6-month internship opportunity that offers hands-on experience in the field of HR operations within a fast-paced and impactful environment.

As an HR Operations Intern at TAM, you will have the chance to contribute to our mission of creating positive change and supporting government entities in their public impact initiatives.


Key Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate and uptodate documentation.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs and assist in resolving employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Assist in the management of employee relations by addressing employee concerns and facilitating effective communication.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing HRrelated documents.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR operations and a desire to gain practical experience in the field.
  • Fluent command in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee records and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR software or systems is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player, with a positive and cando attitude.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus.
