Officer Purchasing Job Description

Role Summary:

To perform purchasing activity which includes reviewing and floating RFPs negotiation PO issuing

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performs procurement support functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performs all procurementrelated activity and planning evaluation of proposals and negotiation of contract terms and conditions and renewals.
  • Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory.
  • Provide updates about procurementrelated progress and potential delays daily to the direct manager.
  • Prepares and issues requisitions and purchase orders and agreements.
  • Coordinates with all suppliers to ensure supply orders are provided in a timely manner.
  • Maintains records of procurements and arranges calibrated Monthly/Quarterly/annually or as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration Accounting Finance or Law.
  • Fresh graduate.
