Brinc was founded in Hongkong in 2014 and then expanded to 80+ employees over 9 locations across the globe as we operate through nine offices, including Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Barcelona, Bahrain, Poland, India, Autralia, Singapore, and San Francisco.
Our core concept is to invest in and support game-changing startips using emerging technologies to solve the world's most significant problems.
Brinc is one of the most active venture accelerators in the world, with 19 specialized programs and a portfolio of over 180 start up from 35+ countries.
Our work with corporations is to accelerate the pace of change and growth by engaging with the startup ecosystem. In addition, we have a global network of 100,000+ startups, co-investors, corporates, universities, and governments.
Since the opening of Brinc MENA in 2018 in Bahrain, we have heavily impacted the startup ecosystem as we partnered with local partners such as Tamkeen, the Economic Development Board, and Batelco, where we helped more than 185 entrepreneurs and 1565 startup concepts to take shape & solidify.
Furthermore, at Brinc, we have helped build the foundations of a fast growing startup ecosystem in the region with a regional presence in KSA, Oman, and the UAE.
What You Will Do
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Associate who will be the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contracts.
Business Development will be responsible to identify sales leads, develop proposals, pitch goods and services to new clients, and maintain good working relationships with new contracts.

- Lead the design and implementation of insightdriven digital strategies from opportunity identification through to experience implementation, including project work, managing data, setting objectives, project profitability, and timeline execution
- Create relationships through networking, referrals, and proactive business development with target buyers
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to key stakeholders, influencers, and buyers to position our value proposition
- Partner with creative, technology, and account management to ensure successful project handoff and work is appropriately positioned for longterm success
- Become a trusted advisor for our clients on valueadded solutions, consulting offerings, and additional products and services
- Manage program logistics, scheduling and events
- Participate in sales and marketing related efforts including webinars, inperson presentations, speaking engagements, trade shows, and conferences
- Conduct primary market and customer research, and perform indepth customer reviews to understand their business challenges, system requirements, and benefits achieved
- Scope and prepare SOWs and proposals independently, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and how Brinc's capabilities can uniquely address those needs
- Learning Brinc tools & materials insideout to be a resource for teams.
- Assist in launching new acceleration verticals including Food Tech,Logistics Tech, andIndustry 4.0.
- Drive Brinc's business development pipeline in the region
- Revamp Brinc's business development assets and collateral
Requirements:
