Job SummaryWorks in a client delivery team to create and implement advisory or advisory and technology solutions aiming to enhance financial, operational, clinical, or patient safety outcomes in healthcare provider institutions. Responsible for delivering parts of the client engagement and guiding consultants or associate consultants within the team.Responsibilities
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and synthesize data independently to support engagement goals.
  • Execute assigned tasks within the engagement with high quality, on time and on budget (e.g., leading and mentoring consultants on deliverables, acting as an engagement leader on smaller projects).
  • Create and deliver clear, insightful executive-level presentations.
  • Proactively identify client needs and help develop solutions.
  • Facilitate effective working sessions with clients and GE stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with mid-level client managers.
  • Represent GEHC professionally in public and client interactions.
  • Develop expertise in various solution areas.
  • Engage in Knowledge Management activities as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Compliance with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Complete Quality & Compliance training within set deadlines.
  • Identify and address any quality or compliance issues promptly.
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum three years of experience in advisory services, consulting, or performance improvement in healthcare.
  • At least two years of experience leading projects with outcome-focused deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel around 70%.
  • Language proficiency as per region.
Desired Characteristics
  • MBA or master's degree and minimum five years of experience in advisory services or consulting, with two years in healthcare clinical or administrative roles.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends in relevant geography.
  • Proven skills in data mining and analysis.
  • Expertise in driving change with Change Management tools.
  • Experience with LEAN or Six Sigma tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exceed expectations.
  • Flexibility in work and communication styles based on needs.
  • Good critical thinking skills and ability to handle high volume work under pressure.
