In this role, you will manage the Trade Support Department activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the Department's mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures as well as deliver support to all business units by measuring and analyzing the STA's performance and evolution in APAC against set objectives, targets and budgets. Supported by insights and recommendations to internal clients, this role focuses on data reporting, which facilitates improved business decision-making in alignment with the STA objectives and strategic goals. The role synthesizes information from multiple sources, representing data through accurate dashboards and KPI measurement indices.

You will be responsible for:

Contribute to the design and implementation of the Sector's strategy and roadmap by providing function-specific inputs

Establish and implement the Department's operational plans in support of the Sector's overall strategic plan and KPIs

Prepare the Trade Support Department annual budget and participate in the Division's budgeting cycle and process

Utilize and manage the Trade Support Department's budget effectively, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered

Investigate and propose implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for STA and mitigate financial and operational risks

Develop and implement trade capacity building and training programs, outreach and engagement plans to educate the trade on how to sell KSA following data driven approach with measurable impacts (i.e Trade Pulse tracking)

Analyze data trends to improve and grow market share through highly targeted trade outreach activities and information-sharing/education platforms

Ensure timely delivery of all projects, reports and targets for roadshows, exhibitions, fam trips, trade events and training for trade partners (virtual and in person) – within budget and quality / user satisfaction KPI parameters

Collaborate with trade partners to redesign and promote products and experiences in a way that will increase brand equity, sales & visitor experience; manage feedback mechanism to relevant COEs on product and knowledge/awareness gaps

Produce B2B platform presentations at training events, seminars, trade shows, workshops and stakeholder forums

Consult trade and stakeholders on ways to improve service delivery, product, capacity building

Identify internal process improvement opportunities

Identify and analyze opportunities where innovative ideas can lead to improved service delivery

Establish and maintain relationships with critical stakeholders against the set stakeholder framework

Develop a communication plan for key stakeholders with clear frequencies, content and a feedback mechanism

Propose improvements to Trade Support Department's policies, and ensure the implementation of procedures and controls across all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results

Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures

Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement

Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures

Participate in identifying and recruiting key talent for Trade Support Department

Promote a high-performance working environment embracing STA's values

Build and maintain solid relations with externals stakeholders such as governmental entities and consultants to serve STA's best interest

Provide assistance across the organization and support peers when needed to perform their duties

Approve reports and presentations related to Trade Support Department activities and achievements for reporting and decision-making

Perform other activities as and when required

You will need

Not less than 11 years of experience in analytics or equivalent

A bachelor's degree in Data or Business Analytics or equivalent is preferred

A master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent is preferred

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

المساهمة في تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجية القطاع وخريطة الطريق من خلال توفير مدخلات خاصة بالوظيفة

إنشاء وتنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية للإدارة لدعم الخطة الاستراتيجية الشاملة للقطاع ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية

إعداد الميزانية السنوية لقسم دعم التجارة والمشاركة في دورة وعملية إعداد ميزانية القسم

استخدام وإدارة ميزانية إدارة دعم التجارة بشكل فعال، والإبلاغ بدقة عن التقدم المحرز والتحديات التي تمت مواجهتها

التحقيق واقتراح تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التي تؤدي إلى تأثير مالي إيجابي للهيئة والتخفيف من المخاطر المالية والتشغيلية

تطوير وتنفيذ برامج بناء القدرات التجارية والتدريب وخطط التوعية والمشاركة لتثقيف التجارة حول كيفية بيع المملكة العربية السعودية باتباع نهج يعتمد على البيانات مع تأثيرات قابلة للقياس (أي تتبع نبض التجارة)

تحليل اتجاهات البيانات لتحسين وزيادة حصتها في السوق من خلال أنشطة التوعية التجارية المستهدفة للغاية ومنصات تبادل المعلومات/التثقيف

ضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب لجميع المشاريع والتقارير والأهداف الخاصة بالجولات الترويجية والمعارض والرحلات العائلية والأحداث التجارية وتدريب الشركاء التجاريين (الافتراضي والشخصي) - في حدود الميزانية والجودة / معايير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لرضا المستخدم

التعاون مع الشركاء التجاريين لإعادة تصميم وترويج المنتجات والخبرات بطريقة من شأنها زيادة قيمة العلامة التجارية والمبيعات وتجربة الزوار.

إدارة آلية التعليقات إلى مراكز التميز ذات الصلة بشأن فجوات المنتج والمعرفة / الوعي

إنتاج العروض التقديمية لمنصة B2B في الأحداث التدريبية والندوات والمعارض التجارية وورش العمل ومنتديات أصحاب المصلحة

استشارة التجارة وأصحاب المصلحة حول طرق تحسين تقديم الخدمات والمنتجات وبناء القدرات

تحديد فرص تحسين العملية الداخلية

تحديد وتحليل الفرص التي يمكن أن تؤدي فيها الأفكار المبتكرة إلى تحسين تقديم الخدمات

وضع خطة اتصال لأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين مع ترددات واضحة ومحتوى وآلية ردود الفعل

اقتراح تحسينات على سياسات إدارة دعم التجارة، والتأكد من تنفيذ الإجراءات والضوابط في جميع مجالات النشاط بحيث يتم استيفاء جميع المتطلبات الإجرائية/التشريعية ذات الصلة مع تقديم نتائج عالية الجودة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة

مراقبة الأنشطة اليومية لضمان الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات المنصوص عليها

تحفيز المرؤوسين والمساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات مع مراعاة الممارسات الرائدة والتغيرات في بيئة الأعمال وخفض التكاليف وتحسين الإنتاجية

إدارة وتوجيه ومساعدة التقارير المباشرة لأداء عملياتها الوظيفية وفقا للسياسات والإجراءات المحددة
