The Office Administrator/Facilities associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the company's employees and management.

This includes a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Organizing the space and directing employees to their proper assigned location.
  • Coordinating with HR on new hires and allocating the required office space.
  • Supporting HR in onboarding experience of new hires.
  • Handling food & beverage supply.
  • Collecting requirements and ordering meals when needed.
  • Maintaining inventory levels.
  • Having a good idea for tidiness/cleanliness of the office.
  • Directing janitorial staff where needed.
  • Coordinating with the facilities management to ensure that the office is clean, wellmaintained, and safe.
  • Always maintaining a strict time attendance at the office.

Qulification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
