Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that all food and drinks are prepared to company standards and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Train, motivate, and lead the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain highquality standards.
  • Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including labor and food costs, to ensure profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the restaurant's brand.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of highquality products.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen staff and management, to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to maintain the restaurant's competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of staff.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
