- upport the FM operational and inspection teams with their day to day administration requirements. Support the contracts, commercial and CAFM team with any administration S
- upport HR in administering work visa and associated admin duties and any requirements they may have from time to time. A
- ttend meetings, document MOM and ensure the MOM is issued on time. M
- aintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information. I
- nteract with staff, clients, suppliers and visitors. O
- ssue responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. P
- erform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, mailing, laminating and filling. P
- repare and collate all documentation for the monthly payroll of all on-site staff. P
- rovide support to the FM in maintaining training matrices/records and back to work/self-certification documentation. M
- anual follow up with the client's internal team and service providers to get an expected schedule for all pending documents. G
- athering information for implementing the new project. C
- ollecting inputs from clients and recording/distribution as necessary. L
- isting out the documents and documenting the project details. D
- ubmission of documents and creating transmittal through the Document Control System. D
- escribing and creating the acknowledgement letters for the clients through the Document Control System. I
- nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
- erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

- olds a Bachelors Degree ideally in Engineering discipline or Business Administration M
- inimum of five years experience in a Document Controller role. K
- nowledge of administrative, clerical and customer service principles and practices. K
- nowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook. E
- xcellent communication and organizational skills. E
- xcellent written and spoken English skills. Having excellent written and spoken Arabic skills is preferred. A
- ble to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. A
