As the
Marketing and Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote the organization's brand, products, and services.

You will lead a team and collaborate with various departments to ensure clear and effective communication both internally and externally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies.
  • Manage and enhance the organization's brand identity.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and communication roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
