We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Communication and Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Communication and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic communication and marketing plans to promote our company and its products or services. You will play a key role in enhancing the brand image and reputation of our organization, as well as driving customer engagement and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive communication and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Create and manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and advertising.
  3. Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
  4. Plan and execute events, trade shows, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver engaging content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts, and make adjustments as necessary.
  8. Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to secure positive coverage and partnerships.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Communication and Marketing Manager or similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  5. Experience in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  6. Ability to think creatively and strategically, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  10. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances is a plus.
