Franchise Manager

As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Manager to oversee and manage our franchise operations in Saudi Arabia.

• Oversee the establishment and daytoday operations of Edwin Incorporation franchises across Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure that all franchise outlets adhere to the company's standards and operational guidelines.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize franchise performance.

• Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities and locations.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract new franchisees.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees.
• Assist franchisees in setting up their operations, including site selection, store layout, and initial stocking.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for franchise staff.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Address any operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards across all franchise locations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring open communication and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues.
• Foster a collaborative and positive environment within the franchise network.

• Monitor the financial performance of each franchise location.
• Provide guidance and support to franchisees on financial planning and management.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for the franchise network.
• Assist franchisees with local marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistency in branding and promotional messages across all franchise locations.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and business partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in franchise management or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of the franchise industry and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
