Procurement Management_

  • Work on formulating and then supporting managing floating RFPs for all Provisional Sums and Prime Cost packages in collaboration with relevant departments and project team (Delivery, PMC, GC, etc.)
  • Work on formulating and then supporting managing floating RFPs for all technical vendors (designers, general contractors, PMCs, etc.) in collaboration with relevant departments (Development and Delivery, Attractions BU, etc.)
  • Work on formulating and then supporting managing floating RFPs for all frameworks for strategic categories (Chillers, Vertical Transportation, ICT, etc.) in collaboration with relevant departments (Development and Delivery, IT, etc.)
  • Solicit bids to procure a variety of required goods and services and negotiate and administers contracts.
  • Perform commonly used contracting methods and contract types related to preaward, post award and/or price/cost analysis functions to perform welldefined and precedent contract actions.
  • Perform Commercial analysis for different RFP (Lump sum, Provisional sum, etc.).
  • Support relevant departments in the negotiations process (particularly commercial proposal)
  • Support the development of contracts and contract templates supported by legal department or legal consulting firms.
  • Analyse business practices and market conditions to evaluate bid responsiveness, contractor responsibility and contractor performance.
  • Collaborate in presenting accurate information; composing memos, minutes, and reports; and drafting contract provisions and supporting documents.
  • Interact with stakeholders in identifying project needs and building relationships.
  • Provide support to solicit sources of supply and analyse prices, discount rates, delivery dates, transportation charges, previous performance, commitments, and indications of financial responsibility and recommend the most advantageous offer.
  • Collaborate on evaluating and monitoring contractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations to determine the necessity for amendments, extensions, or termination of contracts.
  • Assist in the development of detailed sourcing and category plans to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support the development and improvement of procurement processes to ensure work and cost efficiency.
  • Support the revision of supplies, works, and services to ensure compliance with the company's procedures and best procurement practices.
  • Provide support to the creation/ maintaining/ updating of suppliers Database and help identify potential suppliers based on the assigned category.
  • Managing the RFP cycle on Ariba

Finance Management_

  • Work closely with the finance team throughout the procurement cycle to assist with forecasting and budgeting.
  • Assisting the finance team to ensure due diligence is carried out on new vendors and provide support to the accounts payable function.

Knowledge Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management and/ or Business Administration

Professional Certifications

  • Certifications in Procurement & Contracts Management is preferable.
  • RICS membership or similar real estate commercial membership

Language Skills

  • Written and Spoken English

Experience Years of Experience

  • Experience in using ERP Systems
