What you will do

As a Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives within Noon that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

You will bring your expertise in strategic analysis, project management, problem-solving, communication (PPT and written) and stakeholder engagement to support achieve our objectives.

You will work closely with Cheif of staff and Director and Strategy to deliver insights and implement strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning tools.
