We are looking for an experienced and passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our team at the AcroFit Gymnastics Academy in Riyadh.

As a Gymnastics Coach, you will play a vital role in enhancing the learning outcomes of our students, ranging from ages 3 and above.

We are seeking someone with instructional leadership skills who can collaborate effectively with colleagues in our supportive and dynamic learning environment.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the manager and administration to ensure cooperation and achieve our educational goals for all students within the Academy.
  • Providing expertise and support as a leader to promote age-appropriate activities, fostering collaboration, co-teaching, and building strong relationships with staff members.
  • Monitoring the progress of students who require special attention, including those with special needs.
  • Collaborating with the manager to establish strategic directions and processes for the entire academy's intervention, including assistant coaches' involvement.
  • Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders across the AcroFit Gymnastics Academy.
  • Developing and implementing plans, conducting meetings with coaches, and occasionally communicating with parents through phone calls or in-person meetings to foster students' development.

Your specific coaching responsibilities will include:

  • Taking attendance of students at each class.
  • Communicating important messages to gymnasts on a daily basis.
  • Assessing the skill level of gymnasts and making appropriate adjustments to their groups with the guidance of the manager.
  • Reviewing the lesson plans and schedules.
  • Ensuring the wellbeing of all students.
  • Maintaining uptodate profile pictures for all students. In case of necessity, contacting parents directly or taking photos of the kids yourself at the end of the class.
  • Following up with absent students.
  • Regularly updating parents about their child's progress using the academy's evaluation and communication system.
  • Utilizing followup reports, makeup class reports, and students leaving the academy reports.

Engaging with parents, you will:

  • Provide feedback on students' improvement during training through evaluation.
  • Address issues of consistent lateness to classes.
  • Encourage additional enrollment days.
  • Advise parents to change registration days to better suit their child's needs and abilities.
  • Motivate students to participate in competition events.
  • Ensure students have appropriate uniforms.

Before each class, you are expected to:

  • Wear the coaching academy uniform.
  • Keep the mobile phone stored in bags during the session.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment is appropriately set up and prepared before class begins.
  • Familiarize yourself with the session plan and clarify any uncertainties with the head coach.

Additionally, your responsibilities will involve:

  • Arriving 30 minutes before each session to take attendance using the mobile system provided.
  • Coordinating with the designated coach responsible for health and safety to ensure proper reporting of any venuerelated concerns.
  • Conducting equipment inventory at the end of each day.
  • Assisting new kids attending tryout sessions by coordinating with the administration and communicating with parents to determine the best days and times suitable for the child.
  • Ensuring all children have been picked up after each session, following the established pickup procedure for each venue.
  • Maintaining awareness of the session's progress and identifying the need for additional participants.
