The Company:
An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.
About the Role:
To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.
Requirements:
Must be holding bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline from recognized university.
Intensive experience in sales management in large-scale organization with minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG sales with individual responsibility for SR 150 million (approx) sales per annum.
Experience in budgetary preparation & planning.
Experience in GCC market.
Knowledge of SAP or ERP system.
Preferably knowledge of other cultures and business practices. International experience.
Must be proficient in team management with high leadership skills.
Must be good team player.
