Your responsibilities:

  • Manage Rotas ensuring adequate cover for the shop floor for customer service opening & closing times, replenishment. Sending a month in advance to the team
  • Lead and be responsible on recruitment, interviews, selection, training, and development of new employees
  • Responsible for the induction and development of the team by providing on the job training and assessing progress, through written reviews and probations
  • Train and develop the team to ensure they deliver outstanding client experience, ensuring the team members are engaging, acknowledging, courteous, develop an excellent level of storytelling to engage with the clients
  • Carry out annual performance reviews on each team member to manage and motivate individuals as well as providing clear direction and support
  • Explore new locations and advise on potential locations to expand the brand in the market
  • Initiate, propose, and discuss marketing activations with Marketing Director
  • Share on a regular basis the market insights and competitor activity
  • Completing and updating all retail targets and communicate to the team
  • Support the Retail Director by ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard of client experience in all Boutiques
  • Build a good supportive relationship with Retail Director, partners, and the Management team
  • Deputize for the Retail Director in their absence
  • Ensure the boutiques are always presented and merchandised to the highest standards whilst maintaining focus on the latest brand focuses and the delivery of the retail KPIs
  • Focus on increasing Sales, ATV, and conversion to drive performance and achieve targets
  • To understand daily, weekly, and monthly boutique targets, clearly identifying what this means in terms of sales and ensuring this information is communicated effectively to the team
  • Completing the morning briefs, a daily deployment planner which will enable you to focus the team to drive customer service and sales
  • To ensure outstanding presentation and visual merchandising standards are always maintained. Ensure the boutique is tidy, clean, and full at the end of the day
  • Ensure all team members are kept up to date on changes to product strategy and other related updates
  • To comply with Data Protection and GDPR regulations relevant to the business and ensure correct practice is adhered to.

Your profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of management in a similar role or previous experience as a Boutique Manager
  • You are passionate, enthusiastic, self driven with a passion for watches
  • Also positive, proactive and 'can do' attitude, solution oriented and self motivated
  • You have the ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly
  • You know how to worked in a fast pace and dynamic luxury brands
  • You have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with excellent customer service
