Responsible for supervising, directing, and managing audit teams and/ or individual auditors in performing their internal audit projects as part of the annual internal audit plan and, also supervising of developing internal Operationalaudit scope, approving internal audit procedures, and reviewing internal Operationalaudit reports reflecting the results of the work performed.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

1-Designsthe auditing process using common standards of practice, Organization policies, business goals and industry regulations.

  • Documents all internal processes within an audit list all data sources; detail all conclusions after an investigation.
  • Ensures that, causes of uneconomic and inefficient practices are appropriately identified and analyzed, and alternatives, which might yield desired results are efficiently assessed.
  • Ensuresdeveloping constructive recommendations for bringing program and operations into compliance with goals and objectives, review and evaluate documented findings and audit reports.
  • Ensuresthat work papers, schedules, supporting documents, and summaries are appropriately maintained in electronic or hard copies form.
  • Verifiesassets and liabilities by comparing and analyzing items and collateral to documentation.
  • Participates in selecting, recruiting, training, retaining and evaluating assigned personnel. Establishes and maintains a positive working environment to implement policies, evaluates performance, correct deficiencies and implements discipline procedures.
  • Followsall Organization's related Policies and Procedures.
  • Participatesin self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
  • Performsother related duties as assigned

Education:

Master's, or Bachelor's Degreein Accounting, Finance, Economic, Business Administration, or other relateddiscipline is required.

Experience Required:

Grade 11:


Five (5) years of related experience including two (2) years in aseniority position with Master's or seven (7) years with Bachelor's degree ofsimilar requirements is required.


Grade 12:

Seven (7) years of related experience includingfour (4) years as a

Other Requirements(Certificates):

Saudi National Only

Any of the following specific certifications is preferred:

  • Certifications endorsed by the Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA) as CIA, CRMA or QIAL.
  • Certifications endorsed by Saudi Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) as SOCPA
