Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resource management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain highquality employees.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage and address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
  • Ensure alignment of performance management processes with organizational goals.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and design and implement training programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Manage employee development programs and initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management.
  • Use data to inform and improve HR practices and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on workforce trends and issues.

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning process from an HR perspective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing various HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
