S DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(INCLUDE REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS):  Running the day to day activities in the weld/cladding Department. Work with the leaders on planning the sequence of welding operations. Understand and follow all safety requirements and procedures. Ensures the planning and organization for a large team of welders. Detect problems and alert Collaborate with other departments, Internal Suppliers & Customers Reporting out weekly to Operations Manager, Key Performance Indicators (Utilization, Efficiency, Productivity, Schedule Attainment throughput. Oversee PWHT operations. Responsible for SQDC Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost Develop the weld department personnel to help achieve their goals and objectives.

 Operate welding tools following highly complex specifications Plan the sequence of welding operations Monitor and control the welding operations Control and adjust the quality of the output in line with blueprints and specifications Can teach more junior welders Detect problems and alert Understand and follow all safety requirements and procedures Supervise a small team of welders Ensure the planning and organization for a small team of welders Act as a referent for most complex welding activities EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
 10 + Years' experience preferred in a similar supervisory role with a minimum of 3-5 years considered. Comfortable and familiar with supervising 25 + welders. Cladding experience essential, manual welding & an understanding of the Post Weld Heat Treatment Process. Effective communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Highly technical problem solving skills. Wellhead equipment knowledge.

EDUCATION LEVEL AND DEGREE REQUIRED:
