Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest
- Utilize a script to guide conversations with potential customers
- Qualify leads based on established criteria
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with potential customers
- Record all call information accurately in the company's database
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and sales goals
- Continuously improve skills through training and coaching sessions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cold Caller or similar customer service/sales role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong phone presence and confident speaking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus
