ERP Director ( Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)


As the ERP Director, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the deployment and administration of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless integration of diverse business processes across various departments.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Implementation:
Spearhead the implementation and integration of the ERP system across all organizational departments.

Project Management:
Create and manage a comprehensive project plan, encompassing timelines, resources, and milestones.

Collaboration:
Work closely with key stakeholders and department leaders to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

User Training:
Deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring optimal utilization of the ERP system.

Customization Expertise:
Design and customize the ERP system to meet the unique needs of the organization.

Team Supervision:
Lead and supervise a team of ERP specialists, providing guidance and support during implementation and maintenance phases.

Performance Monitoring:
Conduct regular system audits and monitor performance to identify and address issues or bottlenecks.

Industry Awareness:
Stay abreast of industry trends and ERP technology advancements, making recommendations for enhancements or upgrades.

Compliance Assurance:
Ensure strict compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Profile:

  • 10 years of experience managing ERP systems, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Profound knowledge of ERP concepts, modules, and functionality.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP system implementation and management.
  • Exceptional project management skills, adept at handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in English.
