List of responsibilities**:

  • Supporting Sales team finalizing bids
  • Support on different tenders (Direct and indirect)
  • Handling PoCs/wexhibition/events preparation
  • Launching different processes related to categorization of Customer (KYC, Compliance, SCP, Export control)
  • Supporting MEAI Sales organization in securing global figures in terms of order intake in all different stages of a sale cycle (opportunities development, campaign planning, bid preparation, negotiation and closing opportunities)
  • Collaborating with presales team and our technical experts and operations side of the business.
  • Handling different presales and marketing projects such as POC, Exhibitions, Events
  • Supporting in prime categorisation and Channel partner qualifications specially interfacing with Finance (KYC) and LTOI (Compliance)
  • Preparing small offers to support OT3 and OT4 projects (Salesforce)
  • Supporting in Administrative Tasks related to Sales organization

Person Specification:

  • Good all round education with preferably good college qualifications
  • Good all round IT skills Capable of developing tailored presentations to customers Arabic and English speaker
