Hse Supervisor

Develop and implement crowd management plans for events, considering factors such as venue capacity, crowd dynamics, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Coordinate with event organizers, security personnel, and local authorities to establish effective crowd control measures and ensure the safety and security of all attendees.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards related to crowd management, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent incidents.
- Train and supervise event staff and security teams on crowd management techniques, emergency response protocols, and HSE best practices.
- Monitor crowd behavior and dynamics during events, proactively addressing any issues or disturbances to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Collaborate with HSE professionals to integrate safety considerations into event planning and execution, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct postevent evaluations to assess the effectiveness of crowd management strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in crowd management and HSE, incorporating new insights and technologies into our event management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Security Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a focus on crowd management and safety.
- Certification or training in crowd management techniques and crowd dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, with experience implementing safety protocols in event settings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to remain calm and decisive in highpressure situations, with a commitment to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of event attendees.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for event planning and management.
- Fluency in English with Arabic highly desirable.
