Job Summary

As a Sales Specialist at Rize you will play a critical role in converting leads into longterm customers through effective communication needs assessment and relationship building.

What will you be doing
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries providing detailed information about Rize s services and our Rent Now Pay Later model.
  • Proactively identify and pursue potential leads through various channels such as inbound calls emails social media and networking events.
  • Convert leads into tenants ensuring that sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions feedback and the outcomes of lead engagements using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and tactics for improved lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism providing timely resolutions or escalations when necessary.
  • Remain wellinformed about Rize s services emerging market trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development workshops to deepen knowledge of the real estate sector and enhance sales techniques.
  • Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies.


Requirements

Youre a perfect match if you have

  • Sales experience of 1 to 3 years
  • Start up experience is a plus (Fintech Proptech or relevant industry is a BIG plus)
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Love the sales challenge and work with a target to achieve
  • Have team works ethics and nice personality
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
