• Reviews analyzes purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of provided information necessary for the buying procedure.

  • Expedites activities to ensure timely deliveries of items purchase orders.
  • Follow the government tenders and procurement system, aware about all the framework agreement related to Digital Health.
  • Maintains communication with suppliers, to ensure understanding of requirement and necessary efforts of individual expeditors.
  • Obtains from vendor's quotations(bids) on requisitions and prepares bid list for evaluation and approval of end user department
  • Prepare purchase order (P.O) for quotations approved by user department and initiates entry P.O to the system.
  • Notifies Department Head when times are temporary out of stock or unavailable, suggesting locally available substitute items.
  • Seeks new sources of supplies for material and equipment and obtains terms favorable to the E1 Cluster.
  • Maintains confidentiality relating to all matters dealt within the department. Uses great discretion at all times and ensure that no confidential material is leaked from the department to unauthorized members of staff.
  • Follows all E1Cluster policies and procedures. Performs other duties within the realm of his/her knowledge and ability as required.
