Requirements
  • Provide high quality member service and retention activities by accurately performing transactions ranging from deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, money orders, and cashier s
  • Provide appropriate advice, counseling, and solutions to member inquires and ;
  • Work with other Credit Union personnel to proactively meet member needs in a responsive, efficient manner across department
  • Support a sales and services driven ;
  • Comply with federal and state regulations and internal controls and expectations while maintaining secure inventory control of negotiable instruments and ;
  • Ensure the safety and security of the branch by following all the policies and ;
  • Open and prepares department for daily ;
  • Process night depository, express drop and mail transactions as ;
  • Perform departmental audits and audits of teller work as ;
  • Verify members signatures, account ownership and ;
  • Close, balance, and secure Balance the coin machine and prepare coin ;
  • Maintain vault ;
  • Meet and exceed personal performance goals and contributes to branch, and Credit Union
  • Meet and consult with members or prospects to identify needs and offers appropriate products/services to help them achieve their financial ;
  • Build a relationship with our members by managing a book of business through outbound calls, member resolution calls and sales leads calls
  • Responsible for opening and maintaining membership accounts in accordance with policies and ;
  • Provide and assist with Call Center support as needed
  • Provide assistance to other departments and branches as ;
  • Participates in credit union promotions and community ;

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication
  • A passion for helping and supporting
  • Cash handling experience in financial institution or retail
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to
  • Proficient with computer applications and systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and

Regular hours of operation are:

Monday-Thursday: 8:45am to 5:15pm

Friday: 8:45am to 6:15pm

Saturday: 8:45am to 1:15pm

This position is full time, 40 hours a week, and on a 5 day rotating

( you will receive 12 paid holidays off throughout the year)
