We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sea Logistics Sales Representative with sea logistics sales experience and strong motivation to hunt for new business and take on an evolving role in Dammam.


Your Role:
Sea Logistics Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME customers.

They have a thorough, up to date and in-depth understanding of the trade-lane(s) in terms of the geography of the trade, and the service offerings, such as sailings, transit times, reliability, specific country documentation regulations, local standards, operational requirements, as well as the type of industry/goods/commodity traded on the particular routes.

They spend most of the time in customer-facing activities, hunting for new business, and working hand in hand with the Customer Care Personnel (customer care tasks) on the same customers.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sea logistics business opportunities with a clear focus on SME accounts.
  • Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit our proposal to the customers.
  • Deliver presentations about our main sea logistics products.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
  • Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team.
  • Align with the Customer Care Team when onboarding new customers and to provide robust and complete content in Customer Promise/CCL handover form.
  • Demonstrate superior Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline or relevant Sea Logistics Sales experience.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the freight forwarding industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sea logistics sales in Saudi Arabia. with a focus on developing sea logistics SME accounts.
  • Selfstarter and proactive who is able to develop new business "Hunter" characteristics rather than "farmer".
  • Good command in English language and fluent Arabic speaker.
