Job Summary:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the project Manager will handle the coordination part between the customers and the operations.

Be the front face of the customer handling daily communications and sharing updates as necessary including production and quality updates, turnarounds, expected lead time, etc.

Own the order fulfillment process from PO receiving until the invoicing and the final shipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focal point between our customers and internal departments, responsible for ensuring all ongoing and new orders are processed efficiently and effectively with providing the highest level of quality customer service.
  • Handle the communication between the customers and the operations, own the daily communication with the customers with production and quality updates, turnarounds and expected lead time.
  • Sales Order creation and send the order details to Operations with specifications and special customer requirements if any.
  • Coordinate the order fulfillment task from the PO receiving until the invoicing and the final shipment.
  • Coordinate with operations / sales / logistics for manufacturing and service completion and delivery.
  • Review and set up new customers on ERP as necessary.
  • Resolve customer order issues and coordinate until order completion and collection.
  • Document control and regular update of PO tracker.
  • Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with yard team on loading and offloading schedules.
  • Shipping documents attestation.
  • Prepare and raise final invoices in ERP and share with customers.
  • Coordinate internal sales activities and customer communications.
  • Update the forecast sheet as per the Ops / Sales weekly meeting and share with the team.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. Perform other related duties as assigned by the plant manager.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to create and track individual targets and metrics.
  • Proven project coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Works well in multicultural environment.
  • Selfmotivated.
