Llevar a cabo investigaciones y reunir evidencia relacionada con robo o fraude o artículos perdidos, quejas por ruidos, denuncias por ataques, reclamos por comida envenenada y otros problemas e incidentes planteados por los huéspedes.

Llevar a cabo entrevistas con las partes pertinentes a fin de obtener información y declaraciones relacionadas con los incidentes.

Brindar asistencia y notificar al gerente o supervisor, a la policía local o a la persona que corresponda en caso de accidentes, ataques u otros incidentes.

Completar los informes de incidentes a fin de documentar todos aquellos relacionados con Seguridad y Prevención de Pérdidas, tales como robo, accidentes, riesgos para la integridad física y alarmas de incendio.

Manejar las interrupciones y reclamos comerciales, tales como individuos sospechosos, disturbios o manifestaciones sociales, quejas por ruidos, personas intoxicadas, etc.

Acompañar a personas poco gratas hasta la salida del hotel sin interrumpir el desarrollo ordenado de las actividades del establecimiento.

Calmar los disturbios o altercados entre los huéspedes o empleados, incluso llamando a las autoridades correspondientes, de ser necesario, y documentando el incidente.
