Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Metrics Manager will lead all reporting needs during and postevents, including: External progress reporting for key stakeholders and define and develop a plan for capturing key metrics. Will coordinate with departments for collection and recording of metrics, and develop afterevent action reports, including insights and recommendations for future events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for core team regarding reporting & metrics. Develop and maintain Box file structure.
  • Ensure core team is well informed with up to date information at all times. Prepare and deliver reports regularly to the core team.
  • Seek areas of efficiency and/or cost savings.
  • Enforce policies & procedures.
  • Ensure that all work conforms to preestablished specifications & standards of glue.
  • Take initiative, multitask, and work positively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Work with discretion, diplomacy, confidentiality, and tact in highpressure settings.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency & act responsively.
  • Work independently as well as within a team environment with various stakeholders from managing directors to legal teams, vendors, managers, and staff.
  • Supremely organized, detailoriented, and thorough.

Qualifications:

  • Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience with reporting & metrics manager preferably within live event, entertainment, live theater and/or touring concerts. Past international experience preferred.
  • Computer skills: Macintosh OS or Window platform using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint. Strong knowledge of event and entertainment production elements, terms, and process.
  • Able to work well remotely and able to work in person on site in Riyadh from mid October to end of December 2023.
