  • The Role
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain and procurement strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of goods and services.
  • Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on supply chain performance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including customs regulations, trade compliance, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Develop and manage the supply chain budget and oversee financial performance.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a preference for the automotive industry and EV automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing bestinclass supply chain and procurement teams and strategies in a performance drivenculture that resulted in measurable performance improvements, reduced bestinmarket costs, detailed shouldcost analysis, complex commercial negotiations, and driving sustainable commercial success.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the teams. to build relationships and work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience managing a team of supply chain and procurement professionals across multiple locations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
  • Proven track record of crossfunctional engagement with engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
  • Experience leading supply chain and procurement operations in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
