Job Description This position shall be responsible to -

• Development and implementation of Group credit policy

• Improving Credit Management across holding company's business units including minimizing risk

• Driving timely collection of accounts receivables

Reporting to the VP Finance who will be directly responsible for a team of Credit Analyst's and Collectors, as well as having a functional reporting line into Credit Managers SBU's, Credit Analysts and Accounts Receivable.

Duties
Develop and Enforce credit collection and control policy
Creates credit risk management guidelines; establishes and executes effective credit control and collection policies that can minimize problems associated with Accounts Receivable
Develop, implement and maintain an effective credit management, collection and control system for
Member of SBUs Credit Control and Collection committee and attends regular meetings to drive company's initiatives and KPIs
Manage Group SIMAH relationship
Conduct credit investigations and support SBUs in collecting delinquent accounts and communicate credit related issues to VP Finance
Drive at SBUs process to investigate and research credit rating of any customers prior to extending any credit sales
Assist SBus to evaluate, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendations to determine credit amounts
Review and adjust credit lines on a regular basis or when requested for existing accounts and revoke lines of credit upon receipt of external information pertinent to the financial strength of the account and based on credit authority in the organization
Assist SBUs to develop and drive a systematic follow-up procedure for all past-due accounts
Maintains bad credit and bad recovery records
Analyzes delinquent accounts and prepares reports on highest risk accounts including recommendations for resolution
Monitors violations of credit policies, provides analysis, conclusion and recommendatio Job Category Accounting & Audit Job Requirements Experience

Job Skills Education:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in business finance or accountancy
Relevant Experience/ Training :
8-10 years of overall experience in Saudi Arabian market, with a minimum of 4-5 years in equivalent position.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Number-literate with strong math skills

• Solid understanding of finances

• Good understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures

• Good team management skills

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Possess a courteous and professional demeanor while remaining assertive and confident

• Organized, flexible, analytical and resilient when trying to resolve a debt related issue

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Decision making skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Leadership and sound work ethics

Computer Skills:
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including the ability to operate and manage computerized financial information systems, spreadsheet and word processing programs
