S3 has 3 wholly owned subsidiaries: KBFS- provides aviation pilot training, heavy lift, aircraft maintenance, and related aircraft services to Government and commercial requirements IAW multiple FAA certifications; S3I- OCONUS FMS technical services, maintenance, and aviation platform training; and, GLSS- SCA/CBA contract aviation.

_ S3 _Arabia is seeking a UH60M Non-Rated Crewmember
to support our aviation programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for performing duties as a non-rated crewmember (NRCM) in the UH-60M Aircraft and supporting simulation device(s).

Provides non-rated crewmember duties on all flight tasks in accordance with the appropriate Department of Defense (DOD) Aircrew Training Manual (ATM).

Participates in academic instruction in support of flight training on all applicable topics.

Participates in preflight briefing, post flight debriefing, and after action reviews (AAR) to ensure crewmembers have a thorough comprehension of the training conducted.

May assist the NRCM Instructors in maintaining flight training records in accordance with appropriate US Army regulations and local guidance.


Responsibilities:

  • Performs duties as a nonrated crewmember in the UH60M Aircraft in accordance with the US Army Aviation ATM and specific unit ATP guideline Participate in the NRCM Training Program in accordance with customer guidance.
  • Verify and confirm that all required flight training publications are current and complete. Conduct individual tasks during day, night, and night vision goggle (NVG), and instrument flight rules (IFR).
  • Assist the FI/SIs with the NRCM program through realistic mission training under local environmental conditions to include dust landings and weather specific desert (and other environmental tasks as required) training.
  • Attend meetings as required with Customer(s). Recommend aviation NRCM appointments to customer leadership.
  • As a member of the Aviation Safety Council, attend regularly scheduled Aviation Safety Council meetings as required.
  • Attend and provide training and mission planning input to the weekly Production Control and Operations meeting. Responsible for providing direct interface and daily status reports as required between staff for training status, mission assignments, mission planning, and crew status.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have been qualified as a nonrated crewmember instructor (FI) or nonrated crewmember standardization instructor (SI) preferred, or as a nonrated crewmember (NRCM) required.
  • Graduate of instruction from an authorized DOD Proponent School for MOS qualification related to the Mission, Type and Design or completed an equivalency evaluation for the aircraft preferred.
  • Minimum of 150 hours experience as a FI, SI or NRCM and have previously qualified and served in such capacity during military service required.
  • NVG qualification and experience required.
  • Able to pass a FI or NRCM evaluation as appropriate by a Standardization Instructor upon hire, and annually thereafter.
