Role Summary:

To remain competitive and drive superior business outcome and building a strong presence in the
Private Sector . Maximizing Janssen shares in TOP accounts and catching all opportunities. Expanding access coverage by including new sector. And adapting with the country direction to implement the privatization plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies and implement related activities like customer events, sales & marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives
  • Private market analysis to identify GAPs and opportunities to maximize Janssen business.
  • Ensure Company portfolio availability and penetration for TOP potential accounts to expand and develop a strong presence in Private sector & Retail.
  • Set TOP accounts deals and agreements to catch all growth opportunities.
  • Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Provide Key account/hospital network support, market access support, including referral networks
  • Have a deep understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products.
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all reports.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
  • Provide input into effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Life Sciences or Businessrelated bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 58+ years industry/ business experience, including 35+ years of proven experience working with Private and Retail accounts.
  • Due to the nature of the role, an Experience in Immunology /OH/ CNS will be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of countrybased healthcare system and policies.
  • Network among Private sector, policy makers and payers.
  • Strong in building bridges and alliances across functional and regional boundaries to deliver value.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
