Preferred Qualifications

  • Track project deliverables and communicate with client sponsors to deliver ontime and within scope and budget;
  • Maintains complete control of project schedules, project staff resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks;
  • Works on ERP functional issues that arise from upgrade, new system features implementations and other;
  • Develop scope of work statements, work breakdown structures, resource allocation models and implementation action plans;
  • Lead productive meetings at individual team, crossfunctional team, sr. management and executive levels when needed
  • Collaborate with Technical, (IT) PM, developers, DBAs and business users on system requirements gathering, system analysis, design and implementation of new features and systems
  • Coordinate and verify system testing for system upgrades, enhancements, and the implementation of new modules;
  • Partner with business functional areas to improve processes and realize efficiencies;
  • Liaison with vendors and consultants to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner;
  • Demonstrate accountability for meeting milestones and delivery of a quality product as per project scope of work; Also having strong financials management for the project KPI's (i.e Revenue & cost forecasts, P&L, contingency, etc)

Skill Set:

- experience managing complex ERP (On Premise or Cloud) or Technology projects in a mid-market environment;
- experience as a Project Manager for ERP or Technology projects;
PMP Certification is PREFERRED;

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (OUM, others);
  • Proficiency in developing project plan and managing integrated project schedule using MS Project;
  • Experience managing the implementation of ERP Apps (Finance, SCM,HCM,etc) & Technology Apps (BI, SOA, PAAS, etc) for private or public sector organization;

This first-level project management position provides consistent creative and high quality solution leadership ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction.


Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge.

Effectively applies Oracle's methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 0-5 years of project management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.
