We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

The Senior Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects within budget and schedule constraints
  • Define project objectives, goals and deliverables that support business goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and project schedules
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Manage project resources, including thirdparty contractors or consultants
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, current and stored appropriately
  • Develop and implement project communication plans and strategies
  • Manage project change requests, scope creep, and other issues that arise during the project life cycle
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Lead and motivate project team members to deliver highquality results
  • Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration
  • At least 15 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with budgets of $5M or more
  • PMP or other project management certification is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies
  • Experience in software development, system implementation or consulting projects is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
