  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits
  • Stay uptodate with HR trends and best practices and their relevance to the Oil & Energy industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and experience developing and implementing HR policies and programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
  • Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations that impact the Oil & Energy industry.
