Leo Burnett KSA is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

This role will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating content strategies and calendars for our clients, and informing the social efforts with the latest trends and efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including text with focus on Arabic content
  • Write Arabic Content using the language guides and ensure content is culturally sensitive and in line with local norms and practices
  • Review and approve all Arabic content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and cultural sensitivity, using established language guides as necessary
  • Monitor social media trends and stay uptodate with the latest digital and social media developments
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns
  • Attend client meetings and represent Leo Burnett KSA in a professional and confident manner
  • Create presentation decks to effectively communicate social media strategies and results to clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken, with a strong ability to create compelling and accurate Arabic content
  • Strong knowledge and experience in social media, including experience with the major social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative campaign ideas
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent client communication skills and the ability to defend your thoughts in a professional and confident manner
  • Experience working with a crossfunctional team, including designers, copywriters, and media planners
  • Knowledge of social media trends and the latest digital developments
