Stakeholder/Permit Coordinator to join our team

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsibility for Parsons's
Stakeholder/Permit Coordination for SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIDP).

Responsible and accountable for ensuring that all work is in full coordination with Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and with other delivery partners.

QIC is providing strategic direction for all partners in the three-way partnership with other partners on a city-wide basis. Reports directly to the
Stakeholder Management Head .

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate and update spreadsheets/SharePoint, track deliverables; ensure all appropriate forms adhere to QIC and Parsons guidance and policy.
  • Manage the daytoday activities of a large, professional office team, including directing support staff as the team grows.
  • Coordinate with key administrative stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the delivery team office and uninterrupted support to the senior leadership team.
  • Perform tracking and management of internal and external tasks as required by the senior leadership team.
  • Monitor and track overall financial administration efforts and ensure compliance with policy and guidance, in coordination with internal stakeholders as required.
  • Prepare the needed reports.
  • Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Public Administration or related discipline with minimum
    7 years' experience in construction projects, specifically management experience across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advantageous to have extensive experience of significant PM/CM contracts.
- nan Certified is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Demonstrated teamwork and management skills.
  • Proven experience of working within complex construction environment.
  • Ability to follow through & clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with seniorlevel management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, coworkers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
  • Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
  • Strong Contractor Management skills.
