Job Description:
Business Development Relationship Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Relationship Manager to join our company.

As a Business Development Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our client base and expand our property management portfolio.

You will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and other key stakeholders, and promoting our property management services.

This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the property management industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to expand our property management portfolio.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, tracking and following up on leads to convert them into clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:
Establish strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and key decision-makers to understand their needs and requirements.

Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations to win new clients and secure property management contracts.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Continuously engage with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.

Analyze market data and client feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance our services.

Collaborate with the management team to develop pricing strategies, service offerings, and marketing campaigns that align with market demands.

  • Networking and Partnerships:
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships, generate leads, and represent our company.

Develop strategic partnerships with real estate agents, property developers, and other industry professionals to drive referrals and business opportunities.

Act as a brand ambassador for our company, actively promoting our services and maintaining a positive industry presence.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record in business development or sales roles, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert leads into clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business development strategies.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented, with a strong drive for success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
