Job description

About this role

  • Identify prospective merchants to launch Resto Guru as a restaurant management method on their platforms, proactively approach them to explain the business benefits of the product
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
  • Maintain existing relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance

Requirements to apply

  • At least 2 years of Telesales experience, preferably Software Sales Experience related to F&B
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • High level of confidence in own abilities, resilience, and ability to cope with rejection
  • A positive attitude and approach
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • You will be working in a constantly changing and fastpaced environment therefore you must present skills that show your willingness to adapt to any situation that may arise. Being keen and a willingness to "jump in" is key.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently when required.
  • Good use of initiative proactive.
